Every Vayora fragrance oil is formulated and bottled in the USA. Producing domestically lets us control quality and freshness closely, batch to batch, rather than relying on an overseas supply chain we can't inspect directly.

Yes. All Vayora fragrance oils are formulated to meet IFRA (International Fragrance Association) usage guidelines, and are phthalate-free. We formulate with households — including pets and kids — in mind.

Three things: our oils are concentrated rather than diluted, so a bottle actually lasts; they're made in the USA and IFRA-compliant; and every scent in the lineup is built around a specific hotel-inspired mood rather than a generic "fresh linen" type of name. We'd rather have five scents we're proud of than fifty that blur together.

Vayora launched in a 50ml concentrated bottle. Most customers get 4–6 weeks of use from one bottle with regular daily diffusing — exact runtime depends on your diffuser's intensity setting and how many hours a day it runs.

No — Vayora oils are fragrance oils: formulated scent blends built specifically for diffusion, not single-botanical essential oils. That distinction is what lets us build the kind of layered, multi-note profiles (top, heart, and base notes) you'd expect from a fine fragrance, rather than a single-note extract.

Definitely. A common approach is a lighter scent like Dream On in bedrooms and a bolder one like My Way near the entryway or living space — or simply switching scents seasonally. Just give each room some separation so the two don't compete in shared airflow.

All Vayora fragrance oils are formulated to work across HVAC/whole-home systems, cold-air diffusers, ultrasonic diffusers, and traditional reed diffusers. There's nothing device-specific about the formula — the concentration is simply strong enough to perform well across all four.

Cold-air diffusion uses filtered air (no heat, no water) to atomize fragrance oil into an ultra-fine, dry mist — the technology most five-star hotels use for signature scenting, since it keeps the fragrance chemically unchanged. Ultrasonic diffusers use water and vibration to create a visible steam mist, which dilutes the fragrance somewhat and adds moisture to the air. Both work fine with Vayora oils; cold-air tends to project further and truer to the original scent.

Yes to both. Vayora oils aren't locked to any particular hardware, and our formulas are built to perform well in any compatible diffuser type you already own.

That depends on your specific diffuser model — most offer either a timed on/off cycle or a manual intensity dial. As a starting point, we recommend a medium setting and adjusting from there: a bold scent like My Way will fill a room faster than a lighter one like Dream On, even at identical settings, so there's no single "correct" number.

Orders ship from our fulfillment center in Miami, Florida, to addresses within the continental United States. If you're outside that area, contact us and we'll let you know what's possible.

We process orders quickly, so reach out as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel one — we can only make changes before it ships. Once shipped, an order can't be modified, but you're welcome to return it under our Refund & Return Policy.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility. If it hasn't arrived within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then contact us.

Yes, within 30 days — opened or used oils are eligible for store credit or a partial refund (a restocking fee applies), rather than a full refund, since we're not able to resell an opened bottle.

Contact us within 7 days with a photo of the damage and your order number — we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, and usually won't need the item shipped back first.

Once your return is received and approved, we process refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. How quickly it shows up on your statement after that depends on your bank or card issuer.

Any diffuser hardware we sell is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects when used with Vayora fragrance oils. Full terms are on our Refund & Return Policy page.

Our formulas are IFRA-compliant and phthalate-free, and we formulate with pet- and family-friendly households in mind. That said, we still recommend diffusing in a well-ventilated space, keeping oils and diffusers out of reach of curious pets and kids, and checking with your veterinarian if your pet has known sensitivities.

No — our oils are formulated in concentrated, undiluted form for diffusion only, not for topical use. If accidental skin contact happens, wash the area thoroughly with soap and water.

Most diffusers benefit from a quick clean every 2–3 months: empty any leftover oil, run a small amount of isopropyl alcohol through the unit for a couple of hours to dissolve residue, then discard and refill with your usual scent. It's a small habit that keeps performance consistent and prevents clogging.
